Community Board 12 has submitted an amicus brief in the lawsuit between contractor Judlau and the city. (An amicus brief is a document submitted to a court by a group or person who are not party to the case, but who have particular expertise, important information or valuable perspective on a matter before the court.) Based in part on the harms survey that many of you filled out, it describes the negative impact on our community of the stalled construction project, and the real threats to safety and health.
