Yes, it’s true. Judlau is back to work. But we remain cautious about the situation. The lawsuit between the city and Judlau is not over, and anything could still happen. This may all be PR damage control for the lawsuit — and before the city chooses a contractor on other projects that Judlau has bid on. We’ll know more in a few weeks after the next court hearing.
